The artwork on these guitars is produced by a method I call Solar etching. The outlines for the graphics are actually burned into the wood body using various sizes of magnifying glasses and the sun’s rays. The etching is then finished using a process that I developed over the years. To complete the guitar, a lacquer finish is applied.
Drumsticks:
The drumsticks are turned individually on a Grizzly® G0462 lathe with duplicator attachment. They are checked for accurate diameters and final sanded with 800 grit paper. The sticks are then finished with a thin poly coat and hand polished.
